We give a TWO Year Warranty against all serious life altering congenital disease or genetic defects that causes your puppy to expire.
If you lose the puppy because of a genetic or congenital condition, Breeder will replace your puppy with a similar puppy but also reserves the right to give a refund for the amount paid for the puppy. (Breeder's choice)
Breeder guarantees that you will receive your puppy healthy, free of contagious diseases such as Parvo, distemper, etc. But it is up to you to get your new puppy the appropriate vaccinations to ensure to keep them safe from such diseases.
While your neighbor's dog could be fully vaccinated, he can bring parvo into your home (on his paws after he went to a dog park for example) and could infect your new puppy if he/she has not completed his vaccinations. Please be careful, Parvo kills puppies. We do not replace puppies lost to communicable diseases.
All our puppies are sold on a Spay Nueter contract meaning there are no breeding rights. Umbilical hernias are so common in this breed, it is often seen in 50% of all Shih Tzu. In our lines, these are not a medical issue and usually close before the time of spay/neuter. If they are not closed, they can be closed while they are being spayed /neutered for an extra cost. We usually reduce the price by $50 for any puppies which have an umbilical hernia for this reason.
