Phoenix ShihTzu gives a TWO Year Health guarantee on a Spay/Neuter Contract. Our studs Jack And Parker have been genetically tested and found CLEAR of everything they tested them for (over 260 health conditions). All our puppies go to pet homes. In order to get the best of the best quality studs we signed a contract restricting us to sell our puppies only to Pet homes with no breeding rights. Breeding rights will never be given.
